Dentists had told me for the last 5 years that my enamel had gone on my teeth, and there was nothing i could do about it. You change what and how you eat to avoid pain, and you get by. I read an article about how you could regrow your tooth enamel with the right kind of toothpaste. I searched Google and found BioMin. I’m no dentist, so I cant tell you if my enamel is regrowing or not. What i do know is that i can eat whatever i want again, with no pain whatsoever, and i’ll never stop using BioMin toothpaste.
