How to obtain tracking details : Use correct email and Phone number!!!
We send all domestic parcels via Australia Post. NZ we used NZPost for local delivery of regular speed parcels and Team Global Express for Semi Express parcels.
For Australia
We highly recommend: you set up an Australia Post MyPost Account. The account aggregates all your deliveries in one place and if not home during delivery, you will get electronically notified where your parcel has been taken to for collection. NOTE. You need to use the same email address as used in the MyPost account and the same phone number so that the records can be matched up.
“If you’re not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.”
From 19 May 2025, if your not home and the parcel can’t be left a photo confirmation of an attempted delivery will be available via the AusPost app.
- If customers request that a parcel be left in a safe place, a photo will be taken to assist in location.
- If Aust Post attempt to deliver a parcel but are unable to do so, the delivery team member may take a photo of the front door of the property.
- Aust Post may also capture a photo if our team member identifies a hazard which our delivery team needs to be aware of for future deliveries
Normally: Australia Post should email you that an order is on the way and provide you the tracking number.
For New Zealand
NZ we used NZPost for local delivery of regular speed parcels and Team Global Express for Semi Express parcels. Please ensure that the phone number and the email address you provide are ‘real’ and correct so that if the service provider can not deliver there is a chance they can contact you.
Note for regular speed deliveries we find using the Aust Post site for tracking is better whilst the product is still in Australia or in the air, and the NZPost Tracking once it arrives in NZ and clears customs.

When will I get my order?
- We generally process orders around 9 pm. Those orders are packed and posted the following day. Note if you order after 9 pm on Thursday your order may not dispatch until Monday.
- We are located in Sydney
- Orders to Sydney Metro take between 1 to 3 business days from lodgement
- Orders to other capital cities take 1 to 6 days business days
- Orders to rural areas can take 4 to 10 days
- Orders to NZ – take 8 to 14 business days. On average about 2 weeks,
